When Matt and the girls went to Chicago they went to Shedd Aquarium. I have posted some cool pictures that Grace took. They really loved the turtles and the sting rays. While in Chicago, they also went to the Lincoln Park Zoo. One night Matt took them to eat at an Indian restaurant. It was a little bit fancier and they thought they were pretty cool. The owner thought they were "pretty cute" so he gave them all the mango smoothies they wanted. We need to work with them on etiquette though on fancy restaurants as Grace apparently was all loud when they were walking in and said, "Dad look at these napkins, they are funny they don't even look like napkins." They were just folded extra fancy and sitting on the plates. Elizabeth loved riding the trains and buses most of all and was sure to tell me over and over the exact route they took so that they could ride four trains and three buses. "Mom, you have to go left and than right and than wait for the one bus and than you walk to the train and you have to go left and right and it was a long, long, long, long train ride." Matt took them way out of their way to maximize the bus and train rides, in fact they rode way north just so they could go south. They had a nice daddy daughter weekend.
